"A healthy outside starts from the inside." - Robert Urich.
Toxins are poisons produced by organisms. And as biology taught us, all living things are organisms. We are therefore living organisms. And humans, like every other like every other living thing on earth, are prone to toxicity. Some of its own creation, while others by the creation of others. But by whichever source, these toxins could become dangerous to us. And the process of getting rid of toxins is by detoxification.
Not to bore you with biology, but certain things that may be safe could end up being poisonous to us: the food we eat, the people around us, the places we go to, the things we do, and the list goes on. When these sort of things become toxic to us, then the need for detoxification becomes necessary. This simple biological process goes a long way in various areas of our lives.
We are all prone to extreme levels of toxicity from the regular things we do and the number one symptom of this is unhappiness. When your regular activities do not make you happy anymore or you feel stuck in your life, a cleanse may be necessary for things to get better. The first step though is to identify the areas of your life that are causing the unhappiness or depressing feeling.
It may be your friend(s), your career path, or whatever. Identifying the problem helps you focus on a solution. If it is as a result of a relationship, some open conversation could help. But if it does not, dissolving the relationship with that friend could be the best option for you because your happiness has to be a priority. And if it is a career, make necessary changes. Changes could be challenging, but challenges are good for detoxifying your life. Start something new and see how that affects your life.
Another thing that could help is helping others. This helps give you a fresh perspective on life and inspiration that could be helpful. It could be by giving, helping with chores and such.
You become what you do, and if unhappiness is what you do, you become that and start giving that to people. Don't be a toxin in the life of others. Cleanse and focus on living a healthy, happy life.
