LIFESTYLE: HOPE

Being hopeful is not synonymous with being lazy as some may think. Being hopeful is believing, desiring, trusting, having faith that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best. In this times, with wars, starvation, economic meltdown, and terrorism, the one thing that makes it quite easy to deal with life is the hope of a better future.
With or without our notice, our level of hope in life determines the choices we make. Those who are extremely hopeful make certain choices that those with lesser levels of hope would not make in the same circumstances. We hope for better job opportunities, that is why many of us go to school. We hope for promotion and better benefits at work, and that is why many of us go to work and many stick with jobs that do not excite them anymore. But just because something is not happening for you right now does not mean that it will never happen. Life always offers a second chance, and it is called tomorrow. Be hopeful for tomorrow. It may be all that is needed.
Hope is one of the few things that are stronger than fear. It believes in you and motivates you. For whatever reason we hope, it is important to never stop being hopeful. Hoping for the best, and allowing that hope to fuel our desire to work hard, be productive, and achieve set or expected goals. Sometimes, hope may be all you have, but believe that it could be everything. Remember, the best is yet to come.
Have a great weekend!

- The Lady

“For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?”
Romans 8:24
