MOTIVATION MONDAY: BE PASSIONATE

"Working hard for something we don't care about is stress; working hard for something we care about is passion." - Simon Sinek

Today marks the first day of resumption of normal work activities in 2016, and it will be a bad attitude to begin with a lacklustre attitude to our activities, especially our professional activities. Laziness and inefficiency are deadly vices in the professional environment and they can lead to eventual lose of that job. But one major contributor to these attitudes is lack of passion.
Whether at work, school, or in our personal life, if you have no passion for what you are doing, you will have no motivation to do it as you find no joy in doing that thing. If you do something out of duty, it will deplete you, but if you do something out of love, it will energise you.
Passion is infectious. One way to be passionate about what you have or plan to do, or to stay passionate, is to find othe people that are passionate about that same thing and always have them around you. It is much easier to be passionate about something and be successful in it if you find others who share the same goal to talk to and get support from. You can motivate each other when times are tough and help each other move forward. Their passion will push you for the better when you are low on passion and motivation.
Be passionate about your plans, goals, work, personal life, and the future as a whole, and no one can bring you down or stop you. Have a successful week.
