PROCRASTINATION

It is a terrible thing, in life to wait until you are ready. I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything. There is almost no such thing as being ready. There is only now. And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good time as any. - Hugh Laurie

Hello lovelies!
Now, before the heading to this post scares you away, please hear me out. I'm not here to preach about the evils of procrastination...I guess. I primarily want to motivate you to do what you had planned to do. We have all heard and read about the cons of procrastination. So I believe that this post will be more of a reminder to us.
A person who procrastinates is setting himself or herself up for failure. Procrastination leads to higher workload, frustration, and sometimes, depression. Procrastinating once in a while could be bad, but as a habit, it is disastrous. It could lead to loss of a lot of  things like time, money, and career.
Procrastination can drain the professionalism from a person who, rather than do the job they were expected to do in good time, they wait until the last minute before they rush the work. Rather than producing excellent results, they produce average results and run the risk of not being appreciated for the little effort they had put in.
As a reminder, or a 'wake up' call, this is the last month of the year. We should be tidying up and taking stock of all we have done these past few months. And for those who didn't achieve what they had set out to achieve, please don't lose faith. There is still time. No effort is a waste. Work on it. Stop stalling and start now.As we begin this new week, start something productive and satisfying. Don't let 2015 go by without you having tried to accomplish one of your goals or plans.
Here's to a productive and procrastination-free week.
