I had prayed for a peaceful Christmas and I got just that. But I am human and I want more. I want peace in Nigeria. I want the insurgency issue to be a thing of the past. I want the Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) to be free to go back to their towns and have the strength and courage to rebuild what was destroyed, and get over the loss of their loved ones.
I want the economic situation in Nigeria to be better and for the Naira to 'recover'. I want the issue of unemployment to be over and jobs available for the youths. I want the gifts of patience, wisdom and determination to be made available to the youths to enable them create jobs for themselves and others. I want the eyes of the youths to be open to the opportunities available to them at every point.
I want the children, the leaders of our tomorrow, to have a better environment to live and grow up in. I want the co-operation of all people to the issue of tackling global warming and other environmental protection issues. I want the issue of the existence of Hiv/Aids and other deadly diseases to be over. I want so many things, but most of all, all I want for Christmas is for you to be happy in life. For you to experience peace, joy, and love. For you to have all that your heart desires.
Have a merry Christmas sweethearts!
